What utilities am I responsible for?

Residents are responsible for the cost of all utilities. Utilities are billed to the resident directly from the property, along with their rent.

Gas, water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants).

Electric is individually metered (actual usage).

Internet/Cable services are available through Comcast, at the residents’ responsibility.

Do you have on-site management?
Yes. Verdant has on-site management and 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Is parking available?
Controlled access heated underground parking is available for $125 monthly/stall. Surface level parking is available for $75/month.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed at Verdant. Max of 2 animals per household, with combined weight limit of 40lbs. $400 pet fee per residence (1x charge, non-refundable). $35 monthly rent per cat and $50 monthly rent per dog.
Does Verdant offer balconies or patios?
Yes. Select first floor apartment homes feature a private walk-up or patio with direct exterior access.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Verdant offers 12-month lease terms.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, payable by:
  • Mail
  • Flexible options through Online Resident Portal
  • Rent drop box
Is smoking allowed at Verdant?
No. Verdant is a smoke-free community.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit is $500 and is fully refundable at the end of your lease term, pending damage assessment.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is $45 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted upon application.
Are there income restrictions at Verdant?
Yes, income restrictions apply to all apartments at Verdant. Please contact a Verdant leasing representative for details.
